Turpin Realtors is dedicated to keeping our agents, clients and communities safe while we work through the COVID-19 crisis together.  As we all adjust our personal and professional activities, the real estate landscape is evolving as well. I want to assure you that we are here—working remotely—and can provide counsel or assistance whenever needed.

From marketing a home to handling the many elements of a transaction, selling real estate has traditionally been a high-touch job. Along with our partners, we are leveraging technology in new ways to help us to continue to deliver the exceptional service our clients expect from Turpin. Virtual tours and streaming open houses are now the order of the day. Accordingly, while we adhere to New Jersey “Stay at Home” Executive Order 107 (updated on March 30)—which permits Realtors to show homes one-on-one and to immediate families with the permission of all parties—please know that we have also taken measures to minimize contact, respect social distancing and protect our clients and agents.

As trying as these times are, they also present an opportunity to sharpen our skills and grow as professionals. I remain confident that our market will rebound stronger than ever, and we will be ready to greet that happy day! Until then we will continue to do our very best to help our clients understand and succeed in this unprecedented market.
